Who is Proofline for?

For businesses that want to show online what sets them apart.

Whether service, trades, specialist retail or a new digital offer: we build websites that present your services clearly and give your business a fitting visual presence.

The offer is aimed at self-employed people and businesses that need a landing page or a compact website – for a first presence, a new offer or the overhaul of an existing page.

Discuss a project ↗

In a conversation we clarify which content, design and functions suit your project.

Every project begins with three questions

  1. What do you offer?
  2. What should become clear?
  3. What is the next step?

From these we develop structure, content and visual direction.

Design tasks

What your websitecan take on.

What you get

A presence that fits together.

  1. Clear in its message

Organise the content and make clear what you offer.

  2. Distinctive in design

A visual direction that suits the task and the business.

  3. Built as one piece

Copy, imagery and page structure interlock.

  4. For different devices

The layout is planned for phones and larger screens.

  5. A sensible next step

Contact and call to action suit the offer.

  6. Agreed handover

Files, responsibilities and usage rights are clarified in the quote.

Handover at a glance

  • Deliverables: pages, files and technical form are named in the quote.
  • Usage rights: scope and possible third-party licences are recorded in advance.
  • Additional services: external services and ongoing costs are set out separately.
  • Responsibility: content, facts and approvals remain traceable for both sides.
  • Handover: agreed files and information at the end of the project.

What we need from you: reliable information about your offer and business, and any images or materials you already have. We clarify which content and approvals are needed before the project starts.

Collaboration

Scope and quote

The scope of a project is set according to the content, design and functions needed. Scope of services, price and schedule are agreed before the project is commissioned.

Draft text to be confirmed: this process is not yet confirmed as business practice.

An honest question

Website builder or studio?

A website builder is enough if you have time, can write the copy yourself and the site only needs to show who you are. A studio helps when time is short, copy and structure are missing or the page should invite people to get in touch.

Three criteria for deciding →

Frequently asked questions

Price, process, limits.

What does the scope depend on?

On the goal of the page, how much content and how many pages that takes, and what material already exists. We clarify what is included in the conversation.

What do I have to do myself, and how much time does it take?

You provide the necessary information and materials and review drafts and facts. We agree which contributions are needed to suit the project.

How long does it take?

The schedule depends on the agreed scope and the content needed. A binding date is stated in the written quote.

Who owns the page?

At the end of the project we hand over the page files and – if we set them up – access to domain and hosting. Usage rights to copy, images and fonts as well as third-party licences are listed in the quote.

What does it cost after launch?

Ongoing costs for hosting, domain or external services are set out in the quote. Changes after launch are agreed in writing before they are carried out.

What happens if I don't like the result?

You help decide important drafts. Approval points, the number of revisions and the arrangement in case of cancellation have to be described in the quote.

Are the pieces shown client projects?

The bicycle service is a real business project, built free of charge for a family-run business. Gartenwerk is a concept study of our own without a client. Neither is a paid client reference.

Do I need a legal notice and a privacy policy?

Usually yes. What applies to you is for your legal adviser to clarify. We build the pages in and give you the technical details (form, embedded services) as a list.

Do you promise more enquiries?

No. We promise scope, deadline and a clean handover. How many enquiries a page triggers also depends on your offer, your reputation and your visibility.

How is the page created, and who is responsible for it?

We also use AI for drafts of copy and design and for checks. ⟦Name/Company⟧ is responsible for the result and the handover. You approve the copy, the design and the launch.
